Purchase and Return Policy
Purchase and Payment terms – QxSoft offers net 30 payment terms. Upon purchase, a temporary software license is provided. The buyer has 30 days to pay for product from the invoice date. Once payment is received, QxSoft will provide a permanent license. This permanent license is perpetual and includes one year SSC / warranty. Future Warranty / SSC is optional and available for purchase starting one year after the initial purchase.
Return Policy – QxSoft does not accept returns after a permanent license has been issued. However, a free 30-day license is available to ensure our product meets your needs. Thie free 30-day license is fully functional and includes support from QxSoft to install, configure, and provide basic guidance during trial period.
Software Delivery – Default license is delivered in the form of a softlock / node-lock. This ties the licensed software to unique PC hardware. Buyer may transfer this softlock license to a new PC as needed. Optionally a USB dongle license is available for an additional $500 fee. USB dongle allows user to easily move licensed software from one PC to another.
