Yes. CMM-Manager can be backed up and migrated to a new PC, including the machine configuration and user configuration. The important thing is not to simply clone the old hard drive, especially if you use a Soft Lock license. A clone can invalidate the license. Read more here

CMM-Manager supports only genuine National Instruments® GPIB adapters. We support the PCI versions as well as the USB to GPIB versions for systems with unavailable PCI slots. Many other companies offer IEEE-488 / GPIB adapters that claim to be fully compatible with National Instruments, but experience has shown that this is not always the case. We cannot provide support for non-genuine National Instruments hardware. Learn More Here
When connecting to Serial device to PC with USB ports but no Serial / RS-232 ports, an adapter can be used. We suggest this adapter from IOGear – it has been tested with all serial devices supported by CMM-Manager.

Purchase and Return Policy
Purchase and Payment Terms – QxSoft offers net 30 payment terms. Upon purchase, a temporary software license is provided, allowing immediate access to the product. From that point, the buyer has 30 days from the invoice date to submit payment. Once payment is received, QxSoft will then issue a permanent license. This permanent license, in turn, is perpetual and includes one year of SSC/warranty coverage. After the initial year, continued SSC / warranty is optional and can be purchased as needed.
Return Policy – QxSoft does not accept returns after a permanent license has been issued. However, to ensure confidence before purchase, we offer a fully functional free 30-day trial license. During this trial period, users receive support from QxSoft for installation, configuration, and basic guidance. As a result, you can thoroughly evaluate the software to confirm it meets your needs before committing.
Software Delivery – By default, licenses are delivered as a softlock (node-locked) license, which ties the software to a specific PC’s hardware. As needed, the buyer may transfer this license to a different PC. Alternatively, a USB dongle license is available for an additional $500. With this option, users can easily move the licensed software between multiple PCs, providing greater flexibility depending on their workflow.
