exporting model to .dxf

Post by Moped » Mon Nov 12, 2018 4:53 pm

I have the the most updated version of cmm manager lite. Are engineer asked me to measure a die block and export the model to a dxf file so he could import it into solid works or cad. I cant seem to get the file to export to a dxf file. The ok box will always remain un clickable. Thank you for your time.

Not sure how or where you're doing this in CMM-Manager. There are two options, the common method is from Import / Export Ribbon Tab using the Export Features button. You should see a dialog like this:

save_DXF.jpg
save_DXF.jpg (38.01KiB)Viewed 561 times

I cannot get the OK to be disabled...

The other method is from CAD Editor in the Curves Tab where user is able to export 2D Curves as DXF. Same situation... OK / Save button is always enabled. Please provide your actual version of CMM-Manager and attach a screen shot of the dialog in question.
